wow, that looks big on the hail suppression radar.
If I'm reading that right, there are not seeding planes in the air yet either.

Its great fun to watch where the strikes land and watch the sound wave propagate to your house.
Fuck me. My broke down truck is currently parked in Strathmore.
Well if your windows are closed you'll be fine, mainly just heavy heavy rain, we had pea sized hail for maybe 30 seconds. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Definite flash flooding in areas.
That seems kind of weird, weather doesn't usually travel towards Calgary from strathmore does it? Current wind direction is towards the south. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Edit: no env Canada warnings for calgary

If it goes E to W it means potential flooding as the system is trapped.
I was basing that purely off the weather radar on the weather network, storm seems to be tracking North now. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Forecast map says it's heading NNW from Strathmore, and will miss Calgary. Airdrie might see a tiny bit of it.
The weather map shows the system slithering around like a drunk snake....hit or miss of which parts of the city are going to see muchThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Still no warnings for Calgary on env Canada. Was spitting a bit downtown but not anymore. Some patches of dark clouds to the N/NW but I can see very light clouds behind it so at least the NW probably isn't going to get much.
Potential flooding where, oh great weather guru. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
