How come there is only a few Health food stores in Calgary?

I am at google, there seems to be very few in Calgary. I just search under health food store calgary, as I'm looking for frozen acai puree. Anyone can help?

Community or Amaranth are the big ones in the city.
There's a local neighbourhood store in Kensington but I think it's gone now. Building condos in it's place.

Hard for the independents to compete now that the big chain grocery stores have entire hippie sections that carry a lot of the same stuff.
