I for one am glad that VAG is moving the Lamborghini brand past the Hyper car category. It used to be well known that any and all lambos handled like a tank, but had power well beyond its means.

Well, this might have been too good to be true. Lots of speculation going around right now that the lap record footage might have been "faked".

Pirelli apparently stated the tires used were built specifically for the lap. If these tires aren't available on the production models, then the record is moot.
