    the WHO suggests <100 is ideal and other agencies suggest up to 200 is fine. It was fairly inexpensive to have the system installed (this was 4 or 5 years ago and I suspect the prices have gone up now) so I decided to go for it.

    I'm not doing seiko any more. I've moved on to swiss. Just to be safe but not safe on the wallet.
