Private mesaging broken

Keep getting a message that I am not allowed to PM as the admin has specified that only one can be sent every 35 seconds.

Problem persists after logging out and back in or waiting several minutes.

Clear your cookies for beyond.ca and forums.beyond.ca to address the issue. There's a bad cookie that's set that I haven't been able to programmatically unset that's causing a bit of havoc.

Tried clearing and no dice.

This was on two devices, two different browsers and two different internet connections. Working on a device that is factory reset right now.

This one is a cookies issue for sure.

This one, that's a time sync issue that I corrected this afternoon.
