These are great little media center computers. They are capable of running Windows 7 (not included) if you just want a basic web and email system. they are quiet and power friendly. One comes with a HDD (preinstalled with Kodi 17), the other has no HDD (but you could easily add one). These can run any add ons you like but you can install them on your own
