Default acceptable cracking on concrete new build

I forget what the acceptable limit of cracking is on a new build on the basement concrete floor. I feel like mine is definitely borderline.

does anyone know off hand or is it different for every builder?

From a story I recall on the news about a guy with a badly cracked garage slab. They used a quarter as a test, can't remember how deep into the crack it has to go, though.
