I just go to an Angles in the core building, pretty much my only requirement is I want to be able to get appointments same day. Cut is about 36 bucks. In and out in 30 minutes over my lunch.

Can’t say I have really ventured around, I just do a simple clean cut that doesn’t take me an hour to style and dry in the morning haha.

I usually go to best of 7 in BVS. Pretty reasonable if you ask me.

Since they have 73 people working there, any suggestions? Reviews say it can be hit or miss.

Heated towel on the face, scalp massage, can't go wrong. I use the app to check in ahead of time, and I'm usually in and out pretty quickly.

I think it's $40? I usually get a beard trim ($10) and tip $10 on top, and it's around $58-60 all in.

Download the app, it'll tell you how busy they are. You can check in for the same day, you can't book any further than that.

They may be a chain but the SOBs brought back full service barbers, which has forced everybody else to actually give a shit.

They don't do reservations. It's walk up only. But if there's a wait, you can check in ahead of time on the app. Yesterday, there was a 50 minute wait, so I checked in from the office, and got a txt 10 mins before my spot, so I could walk over. They've told if it's zero minutes, I can check in and walk over, and they'll hold my spot for 5 mins, but I haven't tried that yet.

I went there a few times. Really like the environment but not the result. If you're the type that says "One generic men's haircut, please" when you walk in, this place is perfect for you... If you have any requests outside of that (not even anything weird, I'm simply talking about how much length to leave haha), don't get your hopes up.

edit: Decided to try out Tommy Guns in the core today. They didn't do the straight blade clean up (just a buzzer) and didn't offer me anything to drink til I was about to pay at the end... but very happy with the haircut. Will go again. Got my hair cut by Sia (?), she did a great job.
