I've gone on a special diet and I can't tell you how much I LOVE this simple recipe. I bought it through a recipe blog and they even generated a receipt for me. In fact their employee communication is awesome.
I eat it in the morning and I'm set for the rest of the day (Just downing down water basically).
It's been 30 days and I LOVE IT
Ingredients:
1. 1 can of beans (Red).
2. Banana Peppers (I just love spicy food).
3. Brown Rice.
4. Tomato sauce with lots of oregano OR Chicken Tikka Masala (5 tablespoons for both).
Steps:
1. Make your brown rice.
2. Wash them beans thoroughly and put them in a pre-heated pan.
3. Put enough banana peppers (Depends on taste).
4. When you start to hear a sizzle, drop the tomato sauce or Chicken Tikka Masala. 5 Tablespoons. Whichever sauce you choose.
5. Once you hear more sizzle and see the sauce drying up, just drop the brown rice as well - oooooeeeee
Once the rice starts looking crispy, drop it a nice plate and another thing I do . . . I really like my spicy food, I serve it with a side of chilli garlic sauce that you find in Asian stores (Bright Red) and Boom! Enjoy!
