Anyone get one of these notices in the mail? Asking you to go online and verify/update your property info?

What happens if you do it? vs don't do it?

Is it more likely your tax bill will increase if you go online to update the info?

I've only dealt with this on the industrial side, but how it works on industrial property is that if you don't provide any information, they can estimate and provide an assessment. You also forfeit the right to appeal for that assessment year if you do not respond.
