I'd just start by saying, no, just no.
As much as I love this casino for their old school feel, unlimited non-alcoholic beverage fountain pop, the peace and quiet atmosphere mirroring that of an age restricted condominium.
I'm going to have to vote NO for their all you can eat $14 pasta Monday.
Initially, I was under the impression you'd get a chance to trigger multiple appetizer size plates trying out different pastas... Though generous, but times like these, bigger isn't better. Choices were slim, but I suppose overall still a better deal than BP's make your own pasta deal. Then there's this server I've seen a few times now, not sure if she's the restaurant management, but I'm going to start calling her sad-Sally, she just might be your guardian angel hinting you to not eat there during weeknights; except for their weekend dim sum.
How fulfilling and flavorful was the pasta? I'd say for a fraction of the cost at the dollar store, you'd get the same effect licking a 9v battery. Better yet, if you're caught with an empty stomach at Cash Casino on the weeknights, just stick to the outside cafeteria fast food counter.
