I saw some in the home hardware flyer this last week. 3"x4" x 8' treated landscape ties. $6.49 each.

My dad did back in the 80s. They're all soaked in creosote just so you know.

No idea on where to get them.

The creosote is the good part, makes them last forever!

Looking for the 6" x 8" black ones, don't see any on kijiji. There's a couple ads for the 3x4" landscape ties.
