Anyone have guidance of the match rate that is usually required for this? Last time I did this I was getting around 45%, but the things I was missing were words like "additional" or "requirements" in many cases. It's easy to game the system to increase the match rate, but what kind of score should people be chasing?

Well, applied for a job today and hit 96% match. Didn't have to do anything too tricky on that one either, I'm actually just super qualified. Anyone taking bets on me getting an interview? Hahahaha, sigh.

Would anyone be able to help with my resume?
Since being laid off last March im looking at starting a new career in the insurance industry. I have a couple of friends in the industry who have pointed to where to start to get my foot in the door. ie entry level positions to learn.

My old workplace has provided help with a company that specialises with career changes. I am using their help but I found a lot of their talk 'philosophy' based and does not deal with the harsh reality of job hunting and unfairness in the recruitment process.

When it comes to writing my resume, I am incredibly weak at this. There is just so much mixed info I end up coming to a complete stop. Its also something I have to manage carefully as it triggers my anxiety and depression pretty bad . I can manage this, I just have to approach job hunting in a realistic and practical way. I also need a second person to guide & review so weak points can be seen as I tend to miss it.

There are a couple of job postings I would like to apply for. I just need to some help formatting and tailoring my resume and cover letter.

I can provide coffee/tea, doughnuts etc. If it helps...I also make the worlds best lamb curry and red thai curry.. compensation for any help if need be.
