Hi guys,

Does anyone live there? We went with the family 2 weeks ago after a little hike at Big Hill Springs and loved it! I have then looked it up online and it seems they had flooding issues in 2013 since there is nothing that was done to prevent the lakes to overflow when this community was built.

Also, it doesn't seem the houses are too too expensive so I wonder if that's because of that.

Look up the condo fees. It was allowed to be built on an environmental reserve for some reason and has major engineering issues. Houses built in a mosquito swamp can flood? Never seen that one coming.

Yeah I saw it was about $125 a month which is ok I guess but I was wondering if anyone in this forum live there and can tell us about it?
