I've laid down some Vinyl tile in my basement but have a question about transitioning from carpet -> to tile.

What exactly are you asking? What you need to transition? A metal piece, wood piece, laminate piece ... the options are endless.

Sorry I should have been more specific. I laid down a LVT plank that's 3/8" thick down in my basement and the only transition they sell with the product look like this:

I have carpet in two bedrooms that already have a metal carpet trim installed.
Two rooms are LVT -> LVT
and one room that LVT -> Concrete

The lip on the transition is 1/2" high.

I was hoping the transition to work in all 3 scenarios ...
