I feel like Jagr has single handedly reunited this city!

Brouwer out of Calgary would be absolutely amazing and I hope it happens but I'm only going to believe it if it is reported by someone such as Elliotte Friedman or Bob McKenzie, as examples. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

As a flames fan, I guess a Jagr jersey would be a must have.

FToday, the Flames assigned forward Mark Jankowski to the AHL's Stockton Heat and now have 23 players on their opening day roster. Forward Marek Hrivik will start the season on injured reserve.
13 - Johnny Gaudreau 23 - Sean Monahan - 79 - Micheal Ferland
19 - Matthew Tkachuk - 11 - Mikael Backlund - 67 - Michael Frolik
10 - Kris Versteeg - 93 - Sam Bennett - 36 - Troy Brouwer
51 - Tanner Glass - 18 - Matt Stajan - 20 - Curtis Lazar
25 - Freddie Hamilton
D
5 - Mark Giordano - 27 - Dougie Hamilton
7 - TJ Brodie - 24 - Travis Hamonic
61 - Brett Kulak - 26 - Michael Stone
44 - Matt Bartkowski
G
41 - Mike Smith

So Freddie or Lazer go on wavier when Jagr arrived?
or release Hrivik?
I imagine freddie will go on waivers and then Calgary will make a move with Vegas to clear a forward and bring back up Janko.

Your tears fuel me
lol yup! so many people i know are getting 68! awesome! haha
Ohh man, he is looking old
damn, Smith looked great. no offence. Fucking McJesus
Man, that second goal by McDavid... what can you even do against that speed? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Flames couldn't get anything going. Agree with you, Mike Smith was excellent tonight. Things looking good on the goalie front after the first game.
Oh man lol how many more years do we have to deal with Mc97 lol
Flames are like a 2nd year Engineering major... They think things will be different this year, but still can't score.
I said it last year, Monny/Gaudreau HAVE no more gears, other teams have easily figured them out... How long are they going to make Bennet suffer, what a waste!! Bennett/Gaudreau clearly worked, maybe they are saving that combo for later...
Smith is awesome hopefully he keeps it up...as the Kipper years prices though, good goaltending alone isn't enough.
McDavid is great, the goal now is to score more goals than he does in a game lol
We couldn't generate speed and the transition game needs work. Gaudreau is himself but teams are playing physical on him. Saw Lucic give him a bump? I don't think Milan would do much to Johnny as he knows its not a good matchup but the rest of the team don't really want to stand up to him either. Glass did his job. So many people on CalgaryPuck were complaining about his signing but he provides energy. Edmonton has a fast team, and they have some big bodies.
Brodie, Brouwer and a few others need to step up their game.
Just a lack of effort by the entire team with the exception of Mike Smith.
Everyone looked like they were skating in sand all night, there was no speed in our game at all
BLOW IT UP!!!

Watching that game, I now know what I put my gf's through after sex. Thoroughly fucked, small moments of enjoyment, hugely disappointed.
