Does anybody know of a good company who completes Residential RPR's (Real Property Reports) for a better price than the going rate of between $550 and $600?
Thanks

Do you have a current RPR? If so check who did it and contact them for an update. It's usually less expensive that way. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
550-600 is pretty cheap, even with our law firm discount, I know we were paying about $700. Your other option is to contact the law firm you used when you purchased the property they might still have it. If you bought a new build, then you are SOL. I know a few years ago, builders were not required to provide a RPR with a new build but the better builder would provide one out of courtesy or unless stated in the contract.
What is the purpose of a RPR? Just curious. If I build a new deck, do I have to get a new RPR?

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.
