    Default business driving mileage tracker

I'm terrible at keeping logs, and my accountant always gets pissy with me over it.

Is there a good android app that people can recommend that is simple. I'm thinking something that I can hit a button when I start a business related trip...it tracks mileage, and then stops when I ask or when I get to a destination.

I don't know, but that would be handy. Subscribed.

Google Maps Timeline for historical information if you need to dig it up for past tax returns. It can be exported.

Can't help with an app for proper tracking though.

    I use Drivers Note.

Simple, multiple platform apps and great reports.

    Do it.

Hmm... Can you tie that into an NFC tag to auto start/stop the tracking?

There is a similar feature that uses apple iBeacon. You get it free if you sign up for the subscription service.

When I ran a business I used an app called TripLog, did a good job. You can get a cheap Bluetooth ODB log reader and add it into the app. When you start the car, it will connect to the phone and start logging automatically.
