For those with rbc what are the best bang for the points option on here? I have over 90,000, haven't used any for like 8 years ... so what could I get that would be decent , and not just a waste of points

If you are looking to redeem for something that isn't travel, the Petro Canada cards are the best value, much better than prepaid visa cards.

Best bang for buck if you don't have Avion is to convert to BA AVIOS and use for flights.
If you have Avion best redemption is for flights approaching the max ticket price.
Gift cards are one of the lowest redemption options if i remember correctly.
