To answer my own question - you cant do this. You also cant use a bill payment because the tax filing service is only avaliable via a business account of which I dont have.

So in order to do this I had to do CRA my pay and even then I couldnt use my credit card for some wierd reason I had to use the interac service.

Same goes for TD. I can only do tax filing under my business account.
Have been using the CRA my pay with Interac. Would be nice if they let you use credit cards.

With TD I've been paying some of my personal taxes to CRA, under "pay bills" and add payee, some CRA accounts are avalible there

CRA doesn't accept credit card payments, they never have and they most likely will never accept them. Could you imagine if large companies like Suncor started paying payroll remittances using credit cards? The government would jack up the tax rates to cover the short fall.

If you are inclined to pay via credit card you need to use a third-party provider... from CRA's website https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-age...edit-card.html

Never used it, but they will charge you a fee for using it.
