Yacht Charter's in Oahu.

I'm looking to book a full day or half day cruise on a really nice yacht or cateraman in Oahu, any recommendations?

So far the only one that looked any good was this company.

I've been on similar boats before (but more crowded) and ~$15,000 for an 8hr cruise is nuts IMO. There just isn't that much to do that is unique to that type of boat. It is cool for the first 15 mins or so while you explore the boat.

They also haven't even bothered to spell the names of the islands correctly and they are using shitty cell phone photos of the asset...makes you wonder about the company.

Unless the boat is really important to you, you could get a similar experience doing a private charter of one of the nicer sunset cruise catamarans for a fraction of the price - a lot of them offer private tours if you contact them.

I've gotten prices of $1200.00 for 2 hours or $1800.00 for 3 hours, that's for 12 of us which is quite reasonable.

Your link says $11,200 USD (6 people) + food, booze, and I assume tax and gratuity for the crew which is what I was looking at.

Anyone with a (normal) boat will take you out on a private cruise for $1000-2000 from what I have seen in Hawaii. Full day private sport-fishing tours are usually around $650-850 USD as well if anyone is into that.
