have we ruled out burning this thing to the ground yet? Maybe burn down the dealership at while you are at it. Hell, burn down the dealership while your car is there, it's a perfect win-win scenario and could solve a lot of problems.

Would be best just to burn down Edmonton altogether. Think of the economic boom from all the construction required!

Situation sucks but sounds like it is getting worked out pretty good.

I just wanted to mention that I have a friend that has purchased 3 new Infiniti's from Ericksen Infiniti and he absolutely loves them and he is a really particular guy. Last vehicle he was actually going to buy a different brand and then last minute went with Infiniti again only because of how the dealership treats him. He also has the dealership detail his vehicles every spring and he likes the job they do better than other specialty shops he has tried over the years.

I know it may not help, but hopefully your case isn't typical.
