I am 100000% certain. I still keep in touch with 2, 1 is a family member, and the other is basically family. Neither actually went to any classes there before they were banned from CBE for good.

They put me in Henry Wise Wood...freaking 1.5 hour bus ride from Beddington on the #3 twice a day. Never did finish in the public system, got my diploma from Alberta Distance Learning in Barrhead.

1.5 hours isn't that bad, somedays it would take over an hour for me to get there or home and I lived in the south

If the school has space you can go there. Catch is they won't pay for bussing.

Aah, never had that issue come up as we had all three levels of CBE schools within walking distance and all of those schools worked out quite fine. I am glad that we never had to face the student transportation issues that so many of you do.

Man growing up in Harvest hills though the 90's CBE bounced us around Elementary schools ever 2-3 years. I went to 3 different Elementary schools, it fucking sucked that I lost half my friends every 2-3 years.

my wife and I were house hunting a few years ago and this was a huge issue with Harvest Hills for us. we found a nice house we liked in that neighbourhood but found out the designated elementary school for that area was in fucking North Haven... fuck that shit.

I really liked North Haven, that was my second elementary they sent me to. It is not that bad of a bus ride, and the school was pretty good.
