If only those lawns could be turned into concrete driveways.
I thought NE ppl did that and created a parking/drainage problem.

I'm building a place next year and can't wait to sit in my urban oasis, completely devoid of any type of lawn whatsoever. Unless I happen to fill a little patch with synthetic.

Lawns. Sucking up resources, both physical and internet, and fuelling hatred of children since the 16th Century.

hahaha, but its just theoretical.... just a completely random thought.... someone needs to hire him to build a deck or something he's going idle haha.
Yeah theoretical alright.....this is shit I think about in the shower. Shower thoughts - kids walking on my lawn.

Next shower thought - how to stop kids from playing by my house.

spikerS is actually not the grumpy old man in this one. However one of our neighbors planted hedges and I wonder if it was to keep kids off the edge of the lawn.

Yeah well I wonder how they get the soft flowing caramel inside the Caramilk bar but you don't see me making a god damn thread about it. Slap your wife Baygirl, straighten him out.

What's with some houses not having a sidewalk out front? Terrible design.
You must live in the inner city. I think almost every new community ive seen (mine has it like this) has one side of the road with a sidewalk, the other side just road.

On another note, who the hell designs a residential area without a pavement? What next.. half a road?

there's a sidewalk on the other side of the road, this is extremely common in residential.
