Hey Beyond, The corporation I am a part of may have an issue with a tenant that would require some legal advice. Any recommendations for people who would be experienced with this sort of thing?

Is this to evict someone that an owner doesnt want to? It's a pretty straight forward issue most real estate lawyers can handle. Your property manager should have some good options.
We hired a well known lawyer to deal with builder issues in a new build and what a mistake that was. We learned don't use the well known experienced guy who's too busy with insane case loads.
Get a guy who's got the knowledge who isn't over worked and understand his fees before committing. Anything not in writing from the lawyer means it wasnt discussed. We learned this the hard way as well.
