Bump...anyone still on this plan with Apega? Thinking about switching to it, wondering if anyone else has had a bad experience with it...
I have 2 devices on it, I couldn't find a better deal at the time. 55 GB shared between 2 for $117. Roam like home is now enabled by default so you won't end up like killy anymore.

Can you see your usage and billing in detail? or is the only metric they give you the monthly payment amount? (eg. your $117 and that's it)

The only thing pulling me to this plan is 5GB for $39. I'm currently on another corporate plan with Rogers that's $55 for 15GB, although I don't really need the 15gb, 5GB is sufficient so figured I'd maybe swap plans and save the extra $15 per month. Put the savings towards buying a phone out right.

No, there is no ability to see usage.

I've been on the 10GB plan for a while, no complaints.

New pricing for the 5GB and 10GB plans:

    5GB Plan reduced from $45 to $39/month
    10GB Plan reduced from $60 to $44/month

    New data plans:

    15GB for $49/month
    20GB for $54/month
    30GB for $64/month
    50GB for $79/month

Customer service is pretty weak; there's one person for all of APEGA. It was a real struggle porting my number out; I almost had to change numbers. If you value portability, I'd be cautious.

That's a higher level of service than I'd typically expect from APEGA.

You realize you are talking to the guy who made his own furniture out of salad bowls right?

To be honest, unless it is a hassle to switch, I don't see the value in purposely going to APEGA. Why not any of the big ones and see what is the best retention/winback deal is, or go with Freedom, Public, or Shaw.

I guess maybe I'm spoiled from the Rogers Winback deal.

What did you get from that deal?

    25 gb, $36.
Funny enough I switched from APEGA to that and it was a nightmare.

You won't get something that good from Rogers or Telus that I know of currently, but there are options out there.

How did you get offered that? Wouldn't that be considered moving from Rogers to Rogers? Or is it because with the Apega plan you don't technically have an account with them, kind of just fall under the Apega account umbrella?

Was a thread on here about getting the hook-up but it has since expired I think. If you scout RFD and other places, you may find some current winback deals.

Basically, what I did was switch to Shaw for a day (as it was $0 for me to do so and it is basically Freedom network) and back to Rogers. Dealing with APEGA to get my number ported was a pain in the ass. I bitched about it on Beyond as well before.
