DRL Programing

I am back, after 2 years of living in shame with my 2001 Taurus, I recently bought a gently used 2009 Focus SEL.

Anyways I am looking to change the DRL's so that they are running on the amber lights rather than the headlights on reduced power.

I don't know very much about this stuff so is there anyone who can help me out?
