I'm 47 now, and feel way, way better than I did at 40.

I've lost a ton of weight (probably sub 20% body fat at this point). I manage my calories and protein intake closely. I don't drink any more (maybe 5 drinks a year). Sleep better. Lift weights.
Oh wow, I didn't realize this was a 7-year old thread that ES bumped haha.

I've also hugely cut down on booze this year and sleep better/ feel better. Always hit the gym but more consistently without the boozy nights.

How do you feel about the Commies?

Omfg I would not wish to get shingles on anyone. One of the most brutal things I've felt ever; I felt half my brain was being poked by hot needles. I could outline the half of my brain, it was that painful.
Yeesh that sounds awful. Praying I never get it, but knowing my luck...

Funny, I was 41 when I said the same thing and left a 18 year career.

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.
