House Window Repair?

Tenant called me to tell me the mad wind blew out a cracked window , not surprised it's toast.

Need some info please:

- can I replace the glass pane only or do I have to do the whole thing with the frame?

- what's the usual cost for this stuff?

- any recommendations or contacts to have a dual pane window replaced/repaired?

Window is only about 4ft x 3ft in size. Maybe a bit bigger, I'm just going by memory right now.

Absolutely you can change just the glass. Contact the usual glass places - Crystal, Chinook, Kings, etc.

No idea how much it costs.

I'll see if I can get a pic posted. But it's a typical house Window with 2 pane glass haha.
