I have an unusual issue and I was wondering if anyone knows a workaround. My GF is a nurse and when there are shifts to pick up, a text blast from the hospital goes out to anyone subscribed so they can call in and pick up the shift. Since switching from Telus to Fido, she no longer receives those texts. Her phone number is the same. Fido doesn't know why and we have tried making the number a contact, etc. They are getting blocked, presumably by Fido. She has an iPhone 8 if that matters. Anyone have any other ideas we can try? TIA
