    Default is there a basic adapter to convert BNC analog cam to POE IP cam? (PELCO)

    i have purchased several PELCO cameras, new,

    is there a small inexpensive device that will convert the camera to POE /IP camera?

    if there is something like that, I haven't seen it. You can get a BNC Balun and do something similar. Utilize your existing ethernet cable to carry BNC signal, but would still need some kind of an analogue DVR to capture the data, then access the DVR remotely, but doesn't make your cameras POE or IP by themselves.

    Are you sure they're new? I just checked their catalog and couldn't find any cameras without a PoE interface. They all seem to have one.

    new but older models.
