    Default Electrician recommendation

Developing a small basement, simple 1 bedroom, family room and bathroom in a townhouse. Nothing special. Can anyone recommend an electrician to wire it up, or any electricians on here who do side jobs?

I need to rip out the microwave / hood extractor and put in a proper extractor fan. I think I need to get a city permit too.

This is pretty easy to do yourself. Shouldn't need a permit as you're simply replacing with like/same.

Just realized your MW is probably just plugged into an outlet, so yea you might need some new wiring put in.
