Default Something shorted in my car...

Well so out of the blue today I had ton of electronics fail in my 2013 Genesis Coupe and I don't know why.

I'm hoping it's a blown fuse but I don't know what fuse could possibly be responsible for the following failures:

    - Seatbelt sensor
    - Rear Defroster
    - Trunk Release
    - Power Door Locks
    - Signal Sound (the clicking when your signal is on. signals still work)
    - Dash lighting knob (dash lights still work, can't adjust them though)

Obviously if it's just a fuse to change I'd like to avoid paying anyone to do it, I just have no clue if it could be so I thought I'd reach out here to see if anyone has any clue what this could be. I will go home tonight and try to take out the battery and see if the reset does anything but I doubt it. I tried basically every other electronic feature in the car and so far they're working fine.

I've had a bad week and a half.

When you check the battery. Check the connectors to the battery.

I already made an appointment but that's worst case. They're just telling me they can't say anything over the phone so I go in and they get to charge me their $145 diagnostic fee.

Edit: Found a good video to walk me through figuring out which fuse it could be. If it is a fuse.

I doubt it is a fuse. Those things you mentioned should be on differing circuits.

I too would suspect the battery, battery connections or a bad ground. Possibly a chaffed wiring bundle....

Well, something that might help and is a good starting point is to use a voltmeter to non-intrusively check your fuses. Narrow things down by looking for ones that don't read zero:

This is where I would start as well. Disconnect and reconnect BOTH terminals (individually) might as well clean then while you're there.

So many electrical weirdnesses are simple, or very complicated and dealers automatically jump to the most expensive fix.

Also, is your vehicle parked outside 24/7? Any chance of parking it inside if this is the case?
