Default Garage door rubber seal between parts of the door

So i have a garage door that basically folds or breaks in quarters - when its going up and down however the rubber seal in the middle of the door on one of these quarters is now broken free and a loop of it is hanging out the door. Has anyone had to replace this before and can you just get some universal part from the hardware store because I looked online and all I can see is info about the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door.

Steelcraft door clearly. Slides into a groove, just hit it with a dab of rubber ciment and pop it back into the groove with a screwdriver, then a tug on the end to take out the slack.
