I am really interested to know what "evidence" was presented to the courts for this. I am struggling with how long ago that happened, what (if any) concrete evidence was presented at trial? Was there testing of the drinks? was there blood tests? Or is it all based off what the victim remembers happening 10-20 years ago...

Is he guilty, probably. There are enough people coming forward with similar stories that it is hard to ignore. Like I said, I am just interested in the evidence used.

Also, his outburst at the possibility of remand was priceless.
