You guys think a guy like that who is so used to the Hollywood lifestyle will just kill himself or something if he was actually sentenced to 25 years?

It's a moot point - guys like him would never be convicted to anywhere near 25 years and most often they get to serve their disproportionately light sentences concurrently on top of that. I really hope I'm wrong but it's very unlikely he'll die in prison. He still has charges to face in LA though so maybe there is a glimmer of hope.
Not that he was ever a supermodel, but holy hell does he look terrible these days. Good thing he'll have time to work out soon. Guy could use it.

I imagine some of that was by design by his handlers to have him appear like a frail, old man in hopes of buying some sympathy in court. Glad it didn't work. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
He's been moved to a hospital now due to chest pains... what a little bitch.
Maybe he'll squeeze into a hospital's piano box and #NissanCEO himself to Lebanon. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I wonder how many years he'll actually serve. Also he is definitely playing up the health issues, for example he never needed that walker.
Maybe he's a male succubus and is slowly transforming into his natural form? Nah, he's not attractive enough for that. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Cosby is out, BLM?
metoo is so yesterday
Apparently the judge agreed that testimony from accusers not related to the case tainted the trial. One problem with any celebrity assault case seems to be that the presumably legit victim(s) are overshadowed by other people coming out of the woodwork just looking for a payday.
So have a new trial then, this is absurd. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
This is completely incorrect. 15 years ago, the DA issued a press release stating that Cosby won't be prosecuted because he felt there was no way to get a conviction. The reason for this was so that he was forced to waive 5th amendment (can't self incriminate when there's a promise not to prosecute) and forced him to testify in the civil case which Constand won. It was to help her in the civil case because it was impossible to get a conviction. The new DA used the testimony from the civil case to prosecute Cosby. Cosby's lawyers argued that they can't do that in the case but failed. PA Supreme Court ruled otherwise. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Basically, if the old DA never promised to not prosecute Cosby, he wouldn't have had to testify all the juicy bits in civil case because he would invoke the 5th, and none of this would've came out anyways or had a conviction. The original DA used a loophole to strip Cosby of his 5th amendment rights, and the new DA using the results of losing the 5th amendment to prosecute him. You can't do that, and I was shocked he was prosecuted in the first place.
They can't prosecute him again because of above. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

If that's true, how did any of his criminal charges ever see the light of day in a courtroom???! That's absolutely criminal!
He has been in jail for years already, hasn't he? He's going to sue the Living Blue Jesus out of them and likely win.
That's even worse than the hypocrisy!
Oh, it gets better. The original trial judge in the Cosby case hated the DA that made the original deal with Cosby and had a big public feud with him years prior - the judge wanted the DA job but didn't get it. So he basically threw Cosby's civil rights in the trash because he was mad at the guy that got the DA job over him and made the deal with Cosby. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Cosby may be a rapist, but that was some kangaroo-court shit.Cosby’s lawyers maintained O’Neill had a longstanding feud with onetime former District Attorney Bruce L. Castor Jr., stemming from their 1999 battle for the GOP nomination for district attorney, which was secured by Castor, that called into question O’Neill’s Feb. 4, 2016, ruling rejecting Cosby’s claim he had a promise from Castor that he would never be prosecuted for the 2004 sexual assault.
No it doesn't get better than that Norm clip with Jerry.
Gold, Jerry, gold!
Bill's still got it lol

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.
