CRA help - deposit to deductions without t4/paystub

Figure someone here will know...

Old employer went out of business - without issuing 15/16 t4s, most of the time we didn't get a paystub either... CRA hasn't managed to get them and doesn't seem to want to help anymore.

Tax Time - I Gave up and sent a large stack of bank statements, highlighting deposits from employer, and the paystubs I had. They decided I made -23,000$ and 7128$ in those periods - should have both worked out into the 40k range each.

I've spent days on hold, resent as requested, I've filed adjustments as requested... All it's gotten me is a demand letter for 9k$.

Is there a spreadsheet or java applet or similar that will work back from net to gross and give me what the deductions should have been?
