    Yes I believe it is. I don't think it's updated in their system yet.

    For example when I chose the plan it showed 10GB, then when I look at my plan details in my account online it shows 5GB. But if I select "change plan" again it brings up the available plans, and on the left side it shows my current plan which shows 10GB again.

    I'm sure it'll be fixed when all the hubbub dies down and their systems aren't inundated with plan changes etc.

    At least for Fido it is supposed to only show 5GB initially until your next billing cycle or something but in actuality you do have 10GB. That's what I have read/been told anyway.

    Mine actually fuckin shows 15GB for whatever reason. But I am hold again cause my damn voicemail stopped working.

    I was told in store today that nothing will appear on my rogers account for about 4-5 business days as their system is totally overloaded right now and there's no point in checking, but rep shows me on his screen under my account that it appeared as the 5+5. Hopefully thats the case with @adam c

    Telus phone lines offline all day today, live chat crashes every 10 mins and if you dont watch the dev tools inspector to see it and refresh within a few seconds, you lose your place in line.

    Will update your profile and it'll show $60 for 5GB

    They will send you a separate e-mail to tell you your plan changed and they will send you ANOTHER one with the 5gb bonus AND you will get a text as well confirming.

    Jesus some of you who can wait online or on the phone for 2-3 hours. LOL That's amazing.

    Interesting. The wording in Rogers ad on Friday made it sound like it was a contract, as it said "Early cancellation fees apply". Now it says month-to-month OR 2 year term.
