Its a pretty revolutionary structure. Nothing like that has been done anywhere in the world before. I just fail to see the point of replacing one big target with another one that going to hold even MORE people.

yes, the building is better than any other prior to it, but the fact is, groups like 'ol Binny are going to try everything to take it out/down.
who's to say it would even get the chance to finish being built? Binny would be smart to take it out before it's even done. Think of how many humans would be be in the area constructing the fricken thing! Thousands!
