How do I remove this POS shower handle?

So, this POS shower handle that I used around 30 times or less in the past 2 years stripped itself and it doesn't catch whatsoever. Just utter poor quality. No screws or anything but I don't want to damage it further by yanking on it too hard. It doesn't seem to want to budge. Edit: Just googled it's a Blu brand faucet TSP821S (http://www.blubathworks.com/media/43...owermixers.pdf)

Anyone have any insight on how to remove the handle? Thing still isn't budging and not sure what 8) on the diagram is (the hell is a grubbing screw?). Any help would be appreciated. Ugh, I hate this bathroom as this is not the only crappy/flimsy thing about it.

It will have a tiny hole with an allen head screw. You might have to pull it out slightly to see the hole.

I think the set screw (aka grub screw) is under the extension on the handle. Pop it off and see.

Thanks guys. But set screw and grub screw are 2 different pieces, no?
So initially I was already able to take of the little lever (#10) and set screw (#9). I assume #8 is the grub screw. Hopefully it means I can get that out with an allen key. I don't have any tools on me here

It seems that once that set screw is removed, you have to unscrew the handle instead of just pulling it off. (be careful though, as it might be a reverse thread).

Yeah. I have a feeling it is completely stripped already because I can rotate the handle freely both left and right. The hope is that only the handle is damaged and not anything else.

That handle might also have a decorative cap with a screw or two behind it. Do you see a seam at the edge?

Part 7 could be a cap. Use a flathead screwdriver to see if you can lift it off. Even distribution of force around Part 7 could determine if it's a cap or not.

Yeah once I unscrewed the grub screw, it was a cap. Turns out the grub screw was just loose and was shaving some of the brass. Thankfully it wasn't a threaded connection to take the cap off because I would have been sure I damaged something.
