    This. They have sent many bulletins and updates in the past few years reinforcing it too.

    Can amvic even enforce this? Have they ever enforced this? It's a big nothingburger, as my pal @SKR likes to say.

    Dealers has been posting markups on their inventory on their own website to by pass the manufacturer's set MSRP and still comply with this rule.

    I also saw something about a month or so ago on the news I think about this. AMVIC won't enforce the law and the dealers know it.
