Up 4%, I'm so glad they don't do physical inspections. Hardly any of the info is correct, lol.

Increase on all properties. Guess someone's gotta pay for the downtown downturn.

Up 2%, if the calculator is correct that's only a $3/mo increase.

I don't sense any outrage here... this is Beyond, you're supposed to be outraged at any increase.

Well after having Nenahi as long as we have we are pretty well resigned to yearly tax increases.

Have they set the mill rate for this year already?

I'm not sure, I just used the "Revenue Neutral Tax Calculator" they have in the sidebar, in which you input your 2018 assessment and it spits out a number.

That means it's what you would owe if there were no mill rate increase, however I believe it's a 3.8% increase for 2018

They set the mill rate in June. They send assessments at a different time of year in order to obfuscate the process. They communicate more but there's less clarity. It's not an accident.

    Moved this year.

House went up 25% in assessed value from when we bought it. Still 8.6% lower than what we paid.

Old house only went to 1.8%. 7.6% lower than what we sold it for.
