    I think jwslam means if you're the landlord and your tenant has a gf that basically moves in without paying rent.

    I had my own girlfriend do this once while I was working out of town. Gave her a key as I lived blocks away from her work, said feel free to crash here on a sunday night if you dont want the 1 hour monday morning commute. Came home to her living there, closet was even divided in half. We broke up a couple months after that.

    Also, years later, my female roommate had a friend who was always hitting on me. I wasn't single. Turned her down. She started dating my other roommate (male), moved in. That was odd.

    Max's position on this is the same

    Depends on the utilities situation, if included, there will be a raise in rent. If if it's split, it will be split 3 way. And I hope there are at least 2 full bath at the place.
