Tire Shaving - replacing single tire on AWD

Replacing a single tire on an AWD car... anyone aware of any local shops that can shave the new tire to match the old tires?

The tire being replaced is a 2.5 year old winter tire (so 2.5 winters on it). Car has 50k km's on it, maybe 1/3 of that on the winters. Not sure on exact tread depth remaining.

Might be worthwhile to check the depth first. I had a winter or two on my tires and had to replace one.. they were within 2/32 of new and thats close enough to just run the tire. Just an idea.
