Default Leftover pizza - hot or cold?

Blame tomcoPDR for this thread/poll but it will no doubt create more stimulating discussion as it appears that people are very passionate with respect to how to eat left over pizza.

Anyhow, leftover pizza - how do you prep it the next day for eating? For our home, it's left in the box, put into the fridge and eaten cold the next day. A really great lunchbox item, I could probably eat cold leftover pizza everyday out of my lunchbox. Warmed up leftover pizza just never is as good as freshly cooked and cold pizza is a different eating experience with respect to taste, different than when fresh but just as good and tasty.

The poll - just two options as people who throw out leftover pizza don't know what they're missing and people that don't order enough for left overs, well there's just something majorly wrong with them
    Will fuck off, again.

Always by hand.. fork eaters are weird....

Also best way to reheat is to use a flat skillet cast iron pan as it gets it nice and crispy again.

I heat up my Hawaiian leftovers. Otherwise, may as well eat the closed cardboard box it came in since that's what cold pizza tastes like.

Hand as much as possible, but if it's too hot sometimes the first piece gets utensils.

And for those who have such a hard on for cold pizza, do you eat it hot when it arrives or throw it in the freezer for 30-45 mins first?

Depends how hungry I am. If I'm eating just because it's lunch-time, I'll re-heat it (using a pizza pan that re-crisps the soggy bottom). If I'm eating it because I'm actually hungry, cold it is.

Also depends on brand and type of pizza. Some are just no good reheated, and others and terrible when cold.

Either of, really depends on the pizza/ mood. I use one of those breville toaster ovens and it works great for keeping it nice and crispy!

Reheat it if i have time, but never in the microwave. I just fire up the oven to 350F (don't bother preheating), pop it in, then take it out when it's hot/melty enough.

Depending on the type of pizza, sometimes it tastes better than fresh this way (thick crust like Beckhams pizza for example)

Warm it up ftw. Toaster oven. Or slow cook on pan (someone else mentioned that)

Eat fresh how out of the box, next day cold out of the box. Different tastes but both great.

ExtraSlow, give Bowtie Pizza on Centre Street just south of McKnight a try. We did this past week and it will now be our go to place.

    Kind of like:

I usually don't eat the crust and then get the proverbial, "The crust is the best part!". To shut them up real quick, I just say, "Ok, then you just eat the crust and I'll eat the rest".

Next pizza poll, crust or no crust?

Some years I'd eat it all, some years I skip the crust (except for thin crust of course, and cheese stuffed crust)

I could do it either way, cold from the fridge or heated up in the toaster over. Depends on the mood, I guess.

1500 watt toastmaster quickcooker, with actual "pizza" button. But must be put on tray because it vibrates all the cheese off the sides very quickly.
