Leftover pizza - hot or cold?

the only real answer is missing, room temperature.... i hate it cold, and you cant re-heat pizza, unless you want to waste a lot of time and fire it in an oven... not worth the time/energy

Toaster oven is perfect, toss it on the rack, hit toast.

Depends. Sometimes cold is nice but sometimes reheated on the stone makes it like fresh again!
