BUMP - anyone have an idea on the sedan pricing?

Curious if it's going to be more or less than the hatch..

Sedan is more expensive than the hatch. Sedan will be close to current CLA pricing, so around $4-5k more than the hatch.

I don't know why I expected that the sedan would be less, but for some odd reason I did.

I need to see if the A becomes a car2go before I would consider buying one.

Those things ruined the Cla and Gla for me

I did too, in pretty much every other brand I can think of the wagon/hatch version costs more. $4-5K cheaper for the hatch sounds like a lot, which is a good thing.

Very good point!! Never thought of that. That would definitely hold me back. Make me think twice.

    It’s a silly irrational reason.

But it would drive me up the wall.

Both my cars were car2go, B and GLA. Never had a problem with having the same car.

go to Europe and see all the cars that are used as cabs there. You get over that stuff fast.

I'd never buy a car that was a mainstream carsharing vehicle

Imagine being all excited about your new car and then some greasy hippy who can't afford to drive pulls up next to you in his organic environmentally-friendly hipster mobile and it is exactly the same... F-that!
    LOL exactly right?!?.

I don't know. I always have buyers remorse after a new vehicle purchase. Id probably just be jealous.

    If I didn’t know better, I’d swear I touched a nerve lol.

It would just be seeing hundreds of them a day that would be out of hand. I mean, what is the ratio of CLA’s and GLA’s in the city of car2go vs private ownership? It’s ridiculously high.

Europe’s a bad example anyways, no one owns cars there lol.

No not at all. I bought a GLA years after they became established as a carshare care. I just don't really care. But I've never really cared. Hell I drove a Cadillac station wagon for years - with about 1 in 100 people knowing what it was.

People in Europe don't really care either, because they buy E63s and C63s all day despite they fact that they see 100s of them a day as taxis. People in Calgary will wait months and pay large $$$s to get Porsche GT cars, despite the fact that I can buy used 991s for way under $100,000 and they look identical to almost everyone. Other peoples' decisions shouldn't impact my decisions on what is best, that's all I'm saying.

It’s grand theft auto effect. Once you are driving one you see them everywhere haha. Don’t need that made worse by them literally being everywhere.

I kind of see it like... if you bought a bus to go to work with, why not just take the bus to work instead? Why are you killing yourself to pay for something that is almost free for other people?
Because it costs way more to daily Car2Go a B class than to lease one. In fact, if you rely solely on Car2Go B or GLA (assuming you actually live in a Car2Go zone), you're spending more on Car2Go than leasing a GLA45 AMG loaded to the tits.

This is the case for all my cars except the E Coupe. I've seen 1 or 2 around since I first ordered mine. Guess they're not terribly popular cars.
