The AMG wheel used to comes with heat. I have it on my E. The A heated steering options makes no sense. It's only available in the 250 as an option but without silver paddles. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Well unless residuals are excellent, I am probably looking at an A250 anyway for how little I drive, so maybe I'll get my heated wheel after all
There's an A250e hybrid that might be coming and probably qualifies for a federal subsidy. 60km of EV range, no lag 220hp. 160hp engine, 100hp electric motor. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I've been window shopping a gla forever, but if the As come out for 2020, it might finally be time. I think 60k is pushing what i want to spend on a vehicle though, which is why I've always been window shopping.
Any must have options, vs got the cash to spend on extras? The boy racer in me finds a base amg more appealing than a more optioned base car for a similair price.
Premium pack is a must have. Garage opener if you have a garage. If you want to flex, add the aero + night package. Everything else is a want if you have the money.

That sounds pretty sweet actually. Why does the 160HP engine + 100HP electric come to 220Hp instead of 260HP?This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
My goal at the end of the day is to try squeak into an A class for $500/mo (lease) but I may have to spend a little bit more, especially now that they offer the Intelligent Drive package.

Assuming it's like the E53's, it's a combination of how the electric engine is used to fill in gaps in the power band. It's not two engines that are stacked running in unison, but rather when the gas engine is working to get up to peak power, the electric motor is 100hp, but the output of the gas motor is only 120hp. The split can be whatever, but you get the idea how it's complementary vs max HP all the time for each engine.
peak HP from both units probably not available at the same time but if you are a car salesman, the math checks out lol. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Is the 45S not going to be sold in North America because it requires 98RON fuel which is like 93 octane here and isn’t widely available?
My pickup truck requires 93 Octane

L86 V8 requires 91 octane and recommends 93, I’m reading that the A45S minimum requirement is 98RON overseas. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
