    Default anyone remember the name of the nightclub that was at 61 ave 3 street sw by Chinook?

    A buddy and I were reminicsing over a few beers last night and the topic of old venues in Calgary came up. We were never old enough to go in there but fondly remember it being promoted to holy hell on Power 107 back in the day. Now it's an empty lot with the Scotiabank beside it. I want to say it was called The Drink but my memory might be failing me.

    For a while it was Metro Nightclub. Probably around 2001 I'd think. It was something else after that too. Had some big nights there back then.

    Metro was my joint. Yes that's what it was. It turned into (fuck I can't remember but it wasn't the drink.) But ya...Darude. the tits.

    What was the name of that shitty place in the highlander hotel back in the day? Went to a couple of university parties there. Pretty sure they were running two dollar doubles. I used to be a big drinker and that price sure helped.

    What was the one right over by Lloyds rollerskating ? I think the dollarama is in it's spot. The club had some cages inside.
