Kind of off topic but what years did the TTSs come in manual and Quatrro?
Mk2 Generation was available with manual from 2008 - 2013. All S-tronic after that.

Nice... My next car will be a TT, just a regular one, but I want AWD with manual, apparently 2008 is the only year for that in terms of non-S. Seen quite a few out east but rarely in Calgary, there's only one at a dealer but it's a convertible. Might have to make a fight out to Ontario this summer.

So, people must think your a drug dealer.... I couldn't imagine the amount of attention you'd get there.

Did anything replace Domtar for local employment?

LOL on the drug dealer! Nothing replaced the wages that Domtar provide to employees. Walmart distribution warehouse is the major employer which means mindless backbreaking work.

Why do you live there and work in the oil sands?

So you can live like a king without eating up your expenses on housing. It's kind of like a poorer Red Deer, but with a beautiful river next to it, warm summers, and mild winters. You just need to get past the white trash, cigarette smuggling, small town mindset.

Also, it doesn't smell like fart now, so that's a plus.

I'm so glad we don't have to live with a front licence plate here in Alberta.
